Spacious rooms with clean, comfortable accommodations near major highways. Quick access to downtown makes it easy for travelers.
Bathtub stopper in Room 158 malfunctioned, requiring a late-night visit for a replacement. Bathroom door squeaked, causing disturbances during the night, and breakfast space was closed early on New Year's Day, missing the chance for a late meal.

Good hot and large breakfast, a wide array of meals. Very nice clean building and rooms with a nice bed and bathroom. Easy to get to, particularly good location close enough to the airport in the morning as well as Niagara Falls. Fast check in and great service overall.

Overall it was fairly quiet and attractive even with heater off. The breakfast was warm and I liked muffins, eggs and toast.
A bit rude staff!

Incredible service, quiet hotel.
The location was practical near the airport. It was good to be 1 km away from Mcdonald's, serving short-orders. The queen room was quiet and attractive even with heater off, so that guests had essentials. An electric kettle, a mini fridge and climate control were much appreciated.

In any case use the free shuttle service, taxi is very expensive! Breakfast was sufficient, but for several days not necessarily varied. Very good bed!
The hotel is within walking distance. But 2-3 restaurants are easily accessible.

It was a very convenient place for us to meet for my friend's brief visit to Toronto. The room wassuper clean and cozy, breakfast was great. The overhead planes were distracting at first but became white noise. I'd definitely consider staying again.

The rooms are simple, but clean. The location is ideal to spend a night after arrival or before departure. The proximity to the airport is a decisive factor. Parking lots were to enough available! Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. Everyone found something.

The location really worked for me, with access to downtown. The Queen Room wasvery comfy and tidy, setting a nice tone for my stay. Breakfast options was great with a good variety of choices. I ran into some issues with housekeeping. They missed cleaning my room twice . The phone in the room didn't work, made contacting the front desk a bit tricky. While I enjoyed several aspects, the housekeeping problems were frustrating.

The friendly Perosnal welcomed us very well and clarified everything for us. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and good equipment (microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine). The breakfast was very good and the choice was good. Although the hotel is located outside, but think of the shuttle service, which the hotel offers (for all hotel guests free of charge) you can get to the airport and from there by train to Toronto without any problems. Top.
Can't think of a point!
